As an Instructional Design Manager, I focused on strategic planning and project management for digital training initiatives. I oversaw all digital content and learning technologies, and I was highly involved in all phases of new training initiatives from brainstorming and planning, through implementation and measuring results. My team worked closely alongside the Ops Leadership, Culinary, and Ops Services teams to create and deploy some of the industry's most cutting edge digital learning programs.

As a senior contributor within the Learning and Development department, I conceptualized, produced, and developed eLearning and digital media for the Chili's brand. I identified and implemented multiple systems and technologies to deploy digital media to over 55,000 Team Members across 1,500 domestic and international restaurants. My team strategically designed and produced all digital training initiatives aimed at driving engagement among the largely millennial Team Member population.

As Team Lead over training products, I designed digital and print-based training products for our Healthcare, Aviation, Energy, and Government clientele. I directed all curriculum and development projects. My team formatted training curriculum into print, eLearning, and mobile training products which were licensed by our national and international clients. I also administered all reporting, tracking, and support functions for all LMS integrations.

I developed and launched the Biomedical Equipment Technician and Pharmacy Technician certification programs. I successfully submitted program curricula and records to the Texas Workforce Commission for licensing. The BMET program pioneered distance education in the Biomedical Equipment Technician field. I worked closely alongside faculty to develop curricula, produce learning materials, and training aids.

US Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Center & School

As a civilian-contracted, certified Instructor for the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder unit at the AMEDD Center & School, I coordinated and facilitated domestic and international CEU courses for Officer and Enlisted personnel across the DoD. I originated lesson plans and audio-visual materials in accordance with Army regulations. I also entered all course data and materials into the Army-wide ASAT database and managed web-based content within the Army LMS.

I work with a team of talented XR and AI developers who create immersive and interactive content for healthcare technology training. I've spent 16 years applying technology in education. I have a passion for enhancing the learner experience and using emerging tech to engage learners.
