As a Senior Operations Manager, I lead a team of Account Managers who promote our services to current and new customers as we build our book of business. My team brings solutions to established and prospective customers to nurture the relationships into long-term partnerships. I handle the day-to-day high-level tasks for all large clients. Including all RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. Maintain and grow existing accounts by managing clients' day-to-day requirements. Manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers' performance and development. I partner with the inside sales team to effectively transition incoming accounts to my team. Led my team to own and grow our book of business to achieve financial goals. Continue to meet and exceed the benchmarks and KPIs that are set for my department. We created $1,500,000+ GP over a 9-month period. Our client count has increased from 4 to 13. Monthly and weekly continuous improvement calls and strategy with both executive management and clients. Work in harmony with all corporate executives in providing problem-solving and growth planning designed to increase the value of the entire organization.

Senior Operations Manager

Training and development of 3 Inside Sales Managers and 15 inside sales reps. Conducted all department interviews and made decisions on new sales hires. Utilized marketing campaigns through LinkedIn. Responsible for training and development of new sales reps. Cradle-to-grave sales. Coached team to successfully self-identify potential prospects, and reach out to target accounts provided by company-sourced leads. Company trainer for HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales, and multiple TMS platforms.
Increased revenue from $0 to over $700K in new sales.

Senior Sales Manager

Tasked with the development of a recruiting department. Trained, coached, and managed a team of 4 recruiters. Performed all new hire screening, selection, and onboarding orientations. Increased retention rates from 30% to 85%. Our team was responsible for the hiring of 243 employees throughout 11 locations nationally.

Recruiting Manager

Direct a Tier-1 Logistics provider in Fort Wayne's manpower process in its entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, and supervising and monitoring the recruiting team's performance.  Determine why employees are leaving the organization, devise corrective action plans for improved operations management, and build relationships and initiatives to increase retention. We have seen a decrease in temporary companies from six to one, and an increase in retention from 22% to over 94% for our dock workers. We maintained these numbers as all three facilities were unionized. 200+ company drivers have been onboarded with wheels rolling.
