The Product Operations Analyst oversees two vital systems within the FreeWill Smart Giving Suite; Crypto for Charity and Stock Liquidation. This position is also tasked with operating and maintaining a stock liquidation legacy system named Cocatalyst.org.

Primary tasks are:
- Liquidation and payment of all cryptocurrency and stock securities donations to partners and non-partner charities
- Notification of payment details, including but not limited to donor biographical details and donation wishes
- Facilitating inquiries from charities and donors
- Building and provisioning dedicated Cryptoforcharity.io pages
- Increasing the value of these tools by a commitment to faster-than-industry-average response times
- Identify non-partner charities with potential to maximize donations by switching to Smart Giving Suite

Product Operations Analyst
