I felt I had little control over my finances, security and future when faced with the volatility of the stock market. It was time for a change and in 2020 I retired from the corporate world after 31 years. After leaving my position, I gained the ability to roll the money in my 401k into a Self-Directed IRA (SDIRA) with checkbook control. With the money in a SDIRA, I was able to pursue alternative investment opportunities which included real estate. That is when my net worth really began to increase. I’m now invested in over 2,200 units of apartment buildings across the United States and enjoy the passive income, wealth and security they provide. I discovered financial freedom through diversifying my retirement portfolio and reducing my exposure to stock market volatility - and I can help you do the same.
