The world doesn’t stand still, with most recent events being a timely reminder. Understanding this, the impact it has on the needs, wants and behaviours of clients, and working out how to respond is what drives my passion for what I do. I’ve worked for and driven growth for some great brands, across a number of industries but notably professional and financial services. At the heart has always been the client. I’m committed to delivering the best possible client experience, while driving demand through campaigns which address the core of industry/client issues. But my experience and interests don’t stop there! I’m also motivated by enabling sales, be that through processes, systems or training. So far you might be thinking this all sounds a bit me, me, me. Achievements to date have very much been a team effort though, both working within a team and as a leader of teams. I have had the great pleasure of working with and leading some fantastic people. Helping them to realise their full potential is a rewarding experience I thrive on. Outside of work you’ll either find me playing with my daughter, hitting a little white ball around a field, baking a mean loaf of bread or putting my DIY skills to the challenge.
