Hi, I’m Matt. I’m a design and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience embedding user centred thinking into complex organisations across healthcare, fintech, insurance, medtech, retail and public services. I’ve built and led high performing teams that deliver inclusive, outcome focused services. From scaling global UX operations at Johnson & Johnson MedTech to creating enterprise wide design systems and usability labs at Covéa Insurance and others, my work bridges the gap between strategy and delivery. I make sure digital solutions aren’t just designed well, but that they’re used, trusted and make a difference. As co founder of Hodgkinson McCambridge, I now lead programmes that combine user research, service design, product strategy and involvement to improve outcomes across the health and care ecosystem. Our clients include NHS Trusts, academic institutions and early stage innovators building digital tools for real world use. What drives me is translating lived experience and system complexity into better journeys, smarter tools and fairer services.
