• Contributing to the development of a corporate card provider to assist in the control process, including department spending, subscriptions and expenses as well as month-end tasks like digitalized receipt management and invoicing.
• Recognised as one of the founding members of the UK Sales Commercial Team in September 2022.
• Reaching out to POCs, including CFO, CEO, Finance Managers, Finance Directors and Financial Controllers.
• Creating new business opportunities in cooperation with the CFO and Finance Directors from companies such as Pizza Pilgrims, The Connaught Hotel, what3words and Playground Games.
• Handling phone and cold calling by making 100 dials per day and talking to at least  5-6 Points of Contact (POC) 
• Producing 100% outbound and 70% of new opportunities from cold calling, 20% from social selling and LinkedIn and 10% through email marketing, resulting in approving 4 new customers in Q1 2023.
• Managed 20 opportunities and which were created in Q4 2022, and 32 opportunities in Q1 2023 with an average spending of £25,000 per month.
• Contributing to business growth by integrating “Social Selling” to boost brand awareness.
• Writing 2 LinkedIn posts per week with an average of 15,000 impressions per month.
• Using numerous sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Cognism, Lusha, ZoomInfo Sales Navigator, Vidyard, Calendly, Pipedriven, Zoom/Google Meets and Groove and Outreach.
Working primarily with accounts with a number of employees ranging from 30 to 600.

Prisma Cloud team, EMEA region

Prisma Cloud offers the most comprehensive suite of cloud-native security solutions in the industry, helping to reduce the complexity of points solutions, provide greater visibility, and reduce risks in the rapidly expanding remote, cloud, and SaaS environments.

•	Creating and developing an inside sales campaign for 7 regions, including Eastern Europe, UK&I, Middle East, Africa, Benelux, Baltics and Scandinavia, resulting in managing 70% outbound leads and 30% inbound leads.
•	Exceeding KPIs by 140% on average by converting 65% of booked meetings into new business opportunities and adding 70 new outbound accounts and leads to the system on a monthly basis. 
•	Cooperating in the Prisma Cloud team alongside the Cloud Specialist to define new business strategies.
•	Correctly qualifying the BANT budget, authority, need and timeline.
•	Specialising in Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, software, resource planning and cloud-based solutions.

Houzen is a UK based prop-tech startup.

As a Partnerships Manager at Houzen, I was in charge of building
and promoting long-lasting relationships by partnering and understanding customer needs and demands:

• Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
• Managing B2B/B2C sales processes 
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline
• Identifying and acquiring new B2B leads through market research

• Using the Houzen Terminal to administer prospects and leads. Ensuring all entries follow format and content requirements to support database accuracy.
• Responsible for establishing contact with Developers to generate supply. Completing research across various mediums to build lead list.
• Engaging with a number of management companies; in doing so understanding current and future market and industry opportunities.
• Working closely with the Commercial Director to comprehend and support all campaigns and initiatives to improve supply.
• Drawing on negotiation skills to leverage rates, terms and fees favourably for all properties and developments being pursued.

Harrods

Key Achievements:

- Passed the Harrods ‘Store Approval’. Subsequently recognised as an employee exhibiting the skills and disposition necessary to adhere to strict brand and service standards.
- Acknowledged despite only starting early 2018 as an advocate for the luxury service / retail sector. 

Key Responsibilities:
•	Performing as part of a team to ensure guests of a reputable restaurant located in Harrods receive a seamless and welcoming service.
•	Drawing on rapport building skills to drive sales. Recommending menu items and handling any enquiries with professionalism.
•	Ensuring the timely and accurate replenishment of stock. Moreover, completing regular stock takes and meeting wastage targets.
