Another great opportunity @ Interlude — we’re hiring a Graphic Designer!

Starting immediately, you’ll work directly with Rafay Iqbal, Andrew Del Rizzo, and the rest of our team on: 

- Full range of visual design needs for early-stage brands — logos, color systems, typography, and more
- Website graphics for a wide range of co's across deep tech, health tech, b2b, consumer, and more
- Graphics for client pitch decks and fundraising materials — 

We're moving quickly, so you'll get the chance to contribute to real client work within your first week. 

As a team, we hold an incredibly high bar for quality, clarity, and craftsmanship. That means you're likely someone who:  

- Has a high level of fluency with tools like Figma, Illustrator, etc.
- Has a sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and spacing
- Knows how to follow design direction, but also loves bringing original ideas to the table (we want to hear them!) 
- Can context-switch between clients and industries, and easily juggle multiple projects
- Loves refining details *and* also building from 0-1
- Feels curious about how design drives business impact, storytelling, fundraising, sales, and more

Some logistics:

- The role will start as a part-time/contract role, with the chance to move into FT
- We're remote first, with hubs in LA + Toronto, and (soon) NYC 🗽 
- Flexible schedule + working hours — we care more about actual output than making sure your Slack light is green :)

You'll work directly with me, putting pen to paper on: 

- Brand architecture and brand stories
- Website narratives — for companies including stealth neurotech, subsea infrastructure, AI healthcare vertical SaaS, and more
- Pitch deck / fundraise narratives for companies + funds of different sizes (and you'll get a behind the scenes look at how the best companies craft their story) 

We work quickly — you'll immediately start contributing to multiple projects — and we have a VERY high bar for both quality and pace. 

If this sounds interesting, you probably:

- Love learning about different industries + verticals 
- Can quickly context switch between different forms of writing and storytelling
- Have an exceptional eye for detail 
- Understand how to tell a story that gets people to *move*  
- Know how to seamlessly merge qualitative + quantitative narrative elements into a seamless end product
- Work fast, always with an eye for tools that accelerate your output + rev cycles
