Global Sales and Distribution (SD) /Order to Cash (O2C) Scalable M-ERP Lead

I moved to the U.S. to take the lead Sales and Distribution role for the M-ERP deployment, which covered five manufacturing sites in North America and Canada.  I helped to deploy the sites within 18 months with most activities running concurrently.  As part of my lead role I looked after a team of both functional consultants and subject matter experts in order to deliver each site on time.

My role meant I was responsible for everything from the project kick off and requirements gathering to go live support.  This included, but was not limited to:

•	Solution Adoption Workshops.

•	Accountability for the delivery of all trial data loads as well as five production data loads.
•	System build and configuration in line with the global template.
•	End user training.

During my time at GSK I have worked on a variety of sites from Primary to Secondary, including BioPharm sites.  I have also worked with end markets and above site groups to ensure a smooth transitions to the new system.  Whilst working in America I also had exposure to Vertex.

SAP SD/O2C Lead Consultant USA and Canada

I started with GSK on the SAP graduate scheme where I initially worked on the pilot sites in Spain and Ireland for the M-ERP project.  I was involved with blueprinting and basic configuration tasks as well as being part of process re-design work for each of the two sites in relation to the global template.  I also wrote and executed system tests as well as end-to-end integration tests in line with the project deliverables.  I quickly moved to onsite activities as part of go live and at one point was one of only two main project contacts on site in Ireland.

Around half way through my time in the scheme I was given the SD lead role for site to look after all SD project activities for our Italian site.  

During my time on the scheme I worked on sites in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy.

Whilst working for NGA my first assignment was to the Barclays UK payroll and HR project based in London.  My role on this project was in the Data Migration field, with responsibility for a 56,000+ user population as well as working in a team to migrate another 60,000+ employees.  I was responsible for building and executing SAP LSMW load tools in order to transform and load various infotype data sets in relation to both test and formal data load activities.  I also worked on the transformation of the data in line with new business processes as well as system testing the tools that were used to load the data.

Lloyds Banking Group

My second assignment with NGA was to Lloyds Banking Group in Halifax, UK as part of a HR outsourcing deal between the two companies.  My role was to look after the business transformation and process re-design in relation to the deal between the two companies.  I worked with other transition team members as well as senior LBG stakeholders to ensure the project was stabilised quickly to avoid service disruption.
