Implemented a complete Information Technology infrastructure including data center, servers, desktops, laptops, blackberry devices, and VOIP telephone system to connect offices and staff 24/7. Standardized computer software and hardware to reduce costs and allow anti-virus protection/security to be managed from a central location. Automated business operations to reduce overhead and streamline productivity both in the manufacturing and office areas of the business.

*Developed Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404) policies, procedures, testing protocols, and authorization forms that are being used globally throughout the company. 
*Designed and installed a Cisco Managed POE network infrastructure with support for (4) redundant T1 lines resulting in 99.9% uptime.
*Replaced a traditional Lucent PBX phone switch with a Cisco/Interactive Intelligence VOIP, telephone system with full ACD and reporting features, which saved the company $2,600 monthly and addressed staffing issues in customer service.

* Recruited by CIO to re-engineer existing Internet Support Unit (ISU) Group to appropriately support more than 430,000 members. Directed the deployment of The Web Box, a standardized process to submit Web site changes to ensure appropriate tracking and resolution.
