Lunio

Hired following a successful Seed funding round ($2.8m) to create an internal talent function and lead all recruitment activities during a sustained period of hyper-growth through to post-Series A ($15m). Reporting directly to the COO, with 1 direct report.

Achievements:
* Fully responsible for company growth (9 to currently 80 employees) across Tech (Dev, QA, Cloud, Research), Product, Ops & Finance, Marketing, Sales & Customer Success - with 87% of these hires achieved internally.
*Internal Cost Savings of £650K+ across 94 hires. (average cost saving of ~£7K+ per hire). 
*Implemented Lunio's original ATS - using a data-led approach to proactively report key metrics (TTH, Conversion Rates, Source ROI, Time Between Stages etc)
*Substantially decreased our TTH from 52 days prior to my joining, to now maintaining an average of 28 days (company-wide average across all roles)
*Time To Fill - reduced from 63 days to 34 in this time frame
*Designed our best-practice, end-to-end recruitment process, focused on efficiency and optimal candidate experience.
*Created our best-practice outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, attracting the best talent globally, ensuring DEI is at the core of every stage of the process.
