Senior Vice President & General Manager, VIBES

Greenlane (Nasdaq: GNLN) is a leading distributor of premium vaporization products and consumption accessories in the United States and has a growing presence in Canada and Europe. Greenlane’s customers include over 7,000 independent smoke shops and regional retail chain stores, which collectively operate an estimated 11,000 retail locations, and hundreds of licensed cannabis cultivators, processors, and dispensaries. Greenlane also owns and operates one of the most visited North American direct-to-consumer e-commerce websites in the vaporization products and consumption accessories industry, Vapor.com, which offers convenient, flexible shopping solutions directly to consumers. Through its expansive North American distribution network and e-commerce presence, Greenlane offers a comprehensive selection of premium vaporizers and parts, cleaning products, grinders and storage containers, pipes, rolling papers, and customized lines of premium specialty packaging. 

As the Vice President of Business Development, my functional areas of responsibility are:

- Identify, directing and implementing transformative growth drivers including economic and data opportunities, portfolio planning, exclusive and/or innovative products, and expansion into new markets and territories

- Conduct quantitative analysis, sales and forecast modeling, and qualitative market research. Leveraging proprietary data to pivot business functions, capturing fresh revenue sources and untapped segments

- Drive the strategy and execution for Greenlane’s portfolio of house brands including ✨VIBES✨, Higher Standards, K.Haring Glass Collection, Marley Natural, and Aerospaced. 

- Work with key stakeholders to curate the architecture of product categories to accelerate sales strategy, marketing, and business development for Greenlane's brands and its third-party partners

Vice President, Business Development

I moved to Toronto, Canada in the Summer of 2017 to help guide our Canadian division into federal legalization. During my time as President of Canada, I established the foundation and relationships around the shift within our CPG division as the domestic sales channels we service evolved from independent/specialty retailers to big-box and crown-corporations, set the structure for our Canadian supply and packaging division by working with the leading domestic license producers, and scaled personnel (by 550%) and infrastructure (3 total locations) including leadership succession planning.

As Director of Marketing, I was responsible for all B2B and B2C marketing efforts, eCommerce, new product curation & brand management, vendor negotiations, corporate branding/communication, and general business development.

Founding member of a now multinational, Nasdaq listed distribution group that services a wide array of markets, from niche to hi-profile retailers, within one of the broadest specialty store networks in North America and beyond. As early adopters of vaporization technology, VapeWorld [Greenlane] was instrumental and at the forefront of educating the public on the benefits of vaporization over traditional consumption methods.

During these early years, I served as the company's General Manager and was responsible for a broad range of areas including operations, administration, customer service, human resources, IT, and marketing.

I set standard operating procedures and controls across the entire organization and implemented lean Kaizen practices to maximize operating efficiency while bootstrapping in all areas of the business. These disciplines were instrumental for success as we scaled warehouse operations from a home garage to, at our peak, seven (7) international warehouses.
