Worked primarily on Nissan and Infiniti, whom we helped to launch several new vehicles. Along with the Rogue launch (see link below), we developed the entire communications platform for the all-new Micra from scratch as it wasn't launched in the U.S.. The launch strategy was based on ethnographic research rather than conventional automotive buyer/shopper analytics, and sales exceeded target despite several other compelling new entries in the subcompact segment.

The Rogue launch was the major component of Nissan Canada's Bronze Effie for Sustained Success, awarded in 2018.
