• Responding to an executive mandate to reduce lab foot print by 30% – proposed and drove the consolidation and closure of 22 labs - returning 30K square feet and $2.2M in operations costs annually.
• Partnered with 12 STB & C+E Core Business Teams - to plan and schedule the relocation of their test networks and environments from small ineffective local labs to larger more consolidated local labs or to one or more off-site enterprise data centers.
