Tali was a time and billing solution for attorneys powered by voice technology like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. 

We raised ~$1.0M of VC funding and had a revenue-generating product, but never found product-market fit, so wound things down after ~2.5yrs.

• Lead product strategy efforts, including conceptualization and development of new products, with a specific focus on HealthSparq's provider/health system line of business
• Business case formation and go-to-market planning for newly developed products and potential entry into adjacent markets, which includes market analysis, value proposition development, strategic rational, revenue potential and cost requirements, among other things  
• Strategic partnership and business development efforts for HealthSparq's entire product portfolio in order to increase the value of our product offering and drive revenue growth 
• Responsible for financial modeling and strategic planning, which included collaborating with other departments (e.g. engineering, product, etc.) on strategy development and leading the HealthSparq leadership team through the annual planning approval process 
• Work with product managers to develop new pricing strategies for existing and newly developed products; this includes scenario analysis around variable and fixed fee arrangements as well as shared savings models and risk arrangements for services and technology products
• Present detailed financial and strategic plans to C-suite executives at Cambia in order to drive their decision making process

• Performed integrated strategic, financial and capital planning services for providers and health systems across the country, ranging from $200M stand-alone organizations to $12.0 billion national health systems
• Due diligence and transaction advisory services on several transactions ranging in value from $200 million to $1.0 billion, including both qualitative and quantitative strategic analysis  
• Detailed financial modeling experience, including preparation of five to ten year financial projections that require balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flow modeling for non-profit and for-profit organizations with multiple subsidiaries and a number of different funds flow scenarios
• Performed strategic and financial analysis surrounding payer / provider partnerships, population health management, value based contracting and healthcare consumerism trends, among others
• Presented financial analysis and strategic direction to C-suite level management and boards of directors on a regular basis
