Managing a newly created team in Marketing Digital Department, responsible for the overall customer data and lead management strategy in Europe (24 markets), leading a team of 2 internal experts + 4 consultants. 
My team is accountable for CRM & Lead Management performance, with the support of external creative, digital and data agencies , plus global partners such as Facebook. We are leveraging digital optimization to drive sales, focusing on highly personalized and relevant digital journeys for our clients and prospects.

Personally in charge of GDPR compliance of the company for Digital and Marketing.

- Management of the pan European Customer Database and related tools (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager-DMP) to support activation strategies.
- End to end Lead Management strategy deployment & monitoring.
- Support 3 Year plan strategies related to Data management (Inject Clarity & Impact, Build Trust)
- DCRT communications layers to support impactful Intelligent Mobility messaging

Lead Management and Customer Data Manager - Nissan Europe

Daily management of ongoing Digital Test Drive (DTD) project and its optimization 
- Process expansion 
- Project enhancement : functional improvements specs, testing and implementation with IS team

Defining a multi-lead B2C & B2B strategy within Nissan Europe covering both Sales & After-sales needs
- Key Business Enablers: Data collection and opt-in strategy, forms and landing pages (with Digital team), Real time automation/verification of completed customer data, Real time qualification and transmission to point of sale

Lead Management Performance:
- Lead Management strategy
- Deployment of the new Digital Test Drive program, integrating Salesforce (process definition and training, UAT supervision, post-deployment management)
- Optimization of the Test Drive funnel, in direct relation with stakeholders (Digital platform - Salesforce - Siebel - Dealer lead management tool)
- Improvement of the Customer Journey (optimization of the form, decrease of processing time, increase of the completion rate)
- Creation of the Nissan Test Drive scorecard, for KPIs tracking and internal sharing

- Management of the Call Center in charge of Test Drive requalification and follow-up (deployment of tracking tools and process)
