Surfe is a connected revenue workspace, helping revenue teams to capture and serve clients more effectively. In just under 2 years, Leadjet (now Surfe) reached €1M ARR & raised a €4M Seed Round. We are a team of 25, representing 15 different countries.

Now working on growing the Company and Sales Team to new heights.

Key Account Executive - Founding Team

As the first sales joining the team, I was in charge of the following operations:
- Defining the sales team's strategy, objectives and organization in light of the company's growth
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Introduce efficient processes and standards and monitor their evolution
- Manage the implementation of adapted tooling per business rules
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of the solution to key stakeholders
- Leading negotiation cycles and financial proposals
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Design both internal (employees) and external (customers, vendors, partners) onboarding processes and oversee asset production
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends

Account Executive

Second

Second is a young hyper-growing company with a mission: to help democratize selling services online. To do so, Second builds a licenced SaaS marketplace solution which is considered as one of the best solutions on the market.

As the day one Head of Operations, I am involved in the following missions:
- Define company-wide Objectives and Key Results with the executive team
- Formulate business & growth strategy with the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy and OKRs
- Introduce efficient processes and standards and monitor their evolution
- Oversee the implementation of adapted tooling per business rules
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g. data protection) in the context of a SaaS solution of our contractual assets
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Design both internal (employees) and external (customers, vendors, partners) onboarding processes and oversee asset production
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance and security efforts
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Lead mentoring and motivational efforts for teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Head Of Operations

Cocolabs

Cocolabs is the solutions integrator leader in the digitalization of services and has helped more than 100 companies deploy their platforms. Cocolabs is the only player within the ecosystem which is specialized in the e-commerce of services and deploys platforms through the licensed marketplace solution Second (previously known as Cocorico).

As the lead Account Executive at Cocolabs, I worked daily as follows:
- Defining the sales team's strategy, objectives and organization in light of the company's growth
- Overseeing the commercial offer's and production's evolution: from a pay-once license model to a recurrent license model; from a waterfall project approach to agile led projects
- Managing a team of 3: 1 SDR, 1 Solutions Engineer and 1 Account Executive
- Updating team knowledge and methodologies to B2C and B2B customers
- Understanding prospective buyers' project scope, budget and timeline
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Leading negotiation cycles and financial proposals
- Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
- Following up with customers during production and account's life cycle
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

Lead Account Executive

As part of the early team of Cocolabs SAS, I started with a large scope of responsibilities and accompanied our start-up customers:

Sales representative:
- Sales Ops: sales processes and tooling definition
- Inbound management
- Presentation of Cocolabs services and commercial offers
- Proposal presentation and negotiation
- Deal closing

Project ideation engineer:
- Cocorico Solution functional expert 
- Definition of customer needs and support in the ideation of service marketplace projects 
- Building of General Functional Specifications custom for each project
- Interfacing with the production teams to ensure a relevant proposal (planning, budget, scope)

Business Engineer

Research on a two-phase cryogenic natural circulation loop in the Cryogenics and Test Stations Laboratory.

Cryogenics Research and Development Intern

Dassault Systèmes

- Testing and using the newest 3DExperience software (CAO software) to develop a real-life scenario to demonstrate the software’s abilities. Attendance to a workshop to showcase the scenario to multiple resellers, while providing guidance and advice on how to use the product, as well as integrating the users’ feedback.
- User guide creation for the scenario in compliance with the company’s standards. The goal is to make the scenario easily replayed by resellers for further demonstrations.
