In the role of head of marketing, I brought my strong background in B2B marketing to a 12-year-old company in a strong growth phase of their development. My focus was to create a solid marketing presence in the key markets of Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America to drive acquisition and retention, and upsell the software. My principal responsibilities were: 

Developing marketing strategies to target key corporate and enterprise businesses. 

Highlighting the impact and outcomes of the software for each business’ needs. 

Measuring and optimising the ROI of advertising opportunities to deliver on key KPIs. 

Being responsible for a team focused on cross-channel and partner marketing opportunities in line with our global event mandate. 

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team on a bi-monthly basis regarding the ROI of global marketing activities.

As digital product marketing manager for SilverCloud Health, I lead and support regional events, specifically, industry trade shows to drive company and marketing objectives. A thorough breakdown of my work here is as follows. 

Measuring, analysing and reporting on strategic effectiveness and ROI for event programs. 

Ensuring the product platform was integrated in marketing messaging and campaigns. 

Discovering, driving, editing, testing, and creating success stories to help represent the value of the product platform to businesses by working with our platform partners and cross-functional teams. 

Planning and leading successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns. 

Educating businesses and individual sellers on how to use the product platform. 

Communicating the value proposition of new products to all business-facing go-to-market teams.
