After a bit of YOLO move to Dubai in 2005, I went from individual contributor to growing a team of 22 consultants and opening a new office in Abu Dhabi as the Middle East experienced rapid growth. I've since built and led sales, marketing, operations and partnership teams in the learning, HR consultancy, SaaS and digital banking sectors, and setup my own fully remote marketing communications consultancy with entities in Dubai and London.
