Combining proprietary technology, artificial intelligence, and market insights with the country’s top agents, Compass is the largest brokerage by sales volume in the country.

As Director of Strategic Growth, I oversee multiple teams of Strategic Growth Managers (Enterprise Account Executives) throughout the Greater Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Delaware and New England markets responsible for $48m in new revenue.  We delivered on YoY growth of >50% for 4+ years and celebrated a $7b IPO in 2021.

- Led regional strategic planning, GTM strategy, revenue growth, market evaluation and launches across 20+ regional markets.
- Coach, train, and up level direct reports, ensuring the team consistently exceeded performance metrics and individual goals were hit by aligning professional development to our business needs and outcomes. 
- Oversaw multiple brokerage acquisitions and the launch of 3 new markets while hiring and ramping new 5 new sellers.
- Aided in the creation, implementation and training of sales methodology that improved gross profit margin by 50% while reducing costs to acquire customers by 40%, and improving deal velocity by 15 days.
- Executed on TAM analysis and territory creation, segmentation, and ideal customer profile refinement to maximize funnel quality and led to a 10% increase in win rates.
- Consistently beat revenue targets and KPIs as a market leader, achieved 233% to deal and 567% profit margin target during last 12 month period
- Partnered with Regional President and senior leaders of brokerage operations to deliver on key regional KPIs

Director, Strategic Growth

- Drove growth efforts in the launch of Compass in the Philadelphia market, helping to build the brokerage from 50 agents to achieving #1 market share in Philadelphia County in under 3 years, totaling $2b+ in annual transaction volume.
- Oversaw successful expansion market and submarket launches, brokerage acquisitions and team growth in the state of Delaware ($24m market launch), Southern New Jersey ($10m market launch) and the Jersey Shore ($15m market launch).
- Brought in the 4 highest grossing revenue deals since the PA, NJ and DE  region’s launch with individual deal sizes of $6.5m, $5.25m, $3.5m and $3.3m respectively.
- Assisted in ramping and mentoring of new team members, regional strategic market planning, training and execution as the top individual contributor in the region.
- Closed $33.5m in annual revenue, achieved 172% to annual target and finished #2 out of 120 SGMs in overall revenue across the company as an individual contributor prior to being promoted to full time market leader.
- Drove partnerships to deliver on key KPIs within launch markets and across the Greater PA, NJ and DE region led to implementation of best practices for cross-functional team trainings in the national launch strategy playbook

International hospitality, food service, facilities, and uniform services provider to clients in areas including sports, education, healthcare, business, and leisure.

- Spearheaded new business enterprises and retention efforts for the Sports and Entertainment division, overseeing the business development processes of a $500M territory, for the central and west regions of the country
