Whether that be through the content I create, the content I share, the people I bring together, the way Inspiring Workplaces celebrate others and the differences we all have or latterly, directly advising organisations on where to focus their energy. I founded The Inspiring Workplaces Group in 2015. At its heart, it recognises PeopleFirst organisations around the world annually. We operate in every region of the world. As well as regional ranked lists, we also produce a Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list each September. We have evolved to incorporate a free community of tens of thousands of passionate EX professionals and have thousands of pieces of content covering #employeeexperience #leadership #inclusion #culture, #wellbeing #employeevoice ….. in every format you can think of: articles, podcasts, videos, webinars, ebooks etc We put on free online events, have award celebration nights like no other and networking drinks you don’t want to miss. In 2024 we took this decade of insight to create the PeopleFirst Matrix diagnostic to help leaders prioritise where they spend their time and money to create organisations their people believe in and belong to.
