Originally trained as a potter and glassblower, my career has taken me on a journey through bespoke furniture & interior artwork manufacture, marketing creative & campaign project delivery, digital product management & software development, and business transformation programme & portfolio management. I’ve worked in automotive, higher education, museums & galleries, software and design industries. I’ve been part of startups, scaleups and multinational companies, and public sector bodies. This experience has taught me that many teams are solving similar problems, and how to spot what’s truly a unique challenge for companies to focus investment on. I’m a forever learner that delights in diving into fresh opportunities and finding solutions to new and old problems. I’m a qualified project manager (PRINCE2), programme manager (MSP), GDS trained agile service manager and experienced in scrum & Kanban agile methodologies. I love leading cross-functional creative & engineering teams, coaching and mentoring teammates, and I’m quick at embedding new ways of working to help foster excellence. I am a champion for user experience, service design, transparent communication, and business transformation that delivers desirability, feasibility & viability.
