  points of focus.  Used these to fuel weekly one-on-one discussions about progress.
-Using these tools and my mentorship, my coaching client Increased their annual client sales 
  volume between 100-570%. One team grew from approximately $3 million in annual sales volume 
  to over $20 million annually.

-Selected by the new NYC CEO to develop a robust training curriculum to engage agents from   
  beginner to advanced as part of the firm’s value proposition.  
-Developed skill rubrics, and designed quarterly curriculum cycle to address skill needs of tiered

As Director of the Zillow Flex Program for Side, I rehabilitated 14 partner accounts managed 25 others, and drove a $5 Million Dollar revenue stream for Side. In 2023, I've helped our partners outperform national and local standards for a major culling on the program, and many are being recognized by Zillow as top performers as they have grown against declining market trends nationally.

I focus on strategic growth and scale, new market expansion, recruiting, and enablement of Side's partners located across the United States. These partners are top 10% real estate agents in their local markets, typically in luxury brackets, and look to grow firms in their vision
