Developing artists and building up brands are simply just two of my major goals with MattVig Projects. I use my skills in artist management, marketing, operations, sales, and cross-promotions to achieve growth both for my musicians and the company. Recently, I worked at Standby Records where I oversaw talent scouting efforts for the label while also proposing and negotiating contracts. I also assisted label artists with album and tour press, create and execute marketing plans, create and execute advertising plans, setup photo shoots (live & posed), handle video promotions, securing tour sponsorships, etc. In addition, I am also working with other labels and booking agents to build tour packages, as well as work alongside both the CEO and President of the company handling album budgets/deadlines, looking for tours/managers/booking agents/endorsement deals.
