The Product Manager owns the cross-functional communication and management of the project, ensuring the project’s scope is delivered on time and on budget while ensuring quality. They lead the product strategy, design, and development by understanding user needs and ensuring our solutions deliver on our client’s business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Ownership
- Ensure project scope is delivered within the client’s budget and timeline.
- Manage project communications - Scheduling, meeting notes, and documentation
- Provide recommendations for project staffing.
• Product Strategy:
- Lead requirements gathering, develop and own the Product Requirements Document.
- Understand clients’ business priorities and ensure our product vision and strategy deliver on those business priorities.
- Help define and drive the Product Roadmap
- Define project success metrics and KPIs

• Engineering Success
- Work with engineers to produce solutions that result in great products.
- Manage and refine user stories for engineers and developers.
- Lead scrum ceremonies ( Pre-Sprint Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Release Planning)
- Manage backlog - Create, craft, and edit User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA throughout the project's lifecycle
• Partnerships and Integrations:
- Work with third-party partners to incorporate integrations.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to enhance the product.
- Manage relationships with partners and ensure their needs are being met.

Technical Product Manager

- Work with the product managers to identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations 
- Manage the scope of software development projects from inception to closure for one of our biggest client portfolios. 
- Define, develop and manage implementation schedules
- Coordinate software resources, prepare the team for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones as set by the product managers, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure software teams are delivering within scope and quality standards.
- Support the team in discovery and contract phases by gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition for our clients and prospects.
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Delivery Manager

- Works with other Technical Project Managers  in the SweatWorks organization to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum. 
- Promotes Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across the organization.
- Coaches members on the team on Agile practices and promotes  higher levels of Agile maturity in product development and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures development teams understand the project vision, objectives, scope and timelines associated, in conjunction with the Product Manager.
- Acts as a funnel point for information transfer to minimize distractions and interferences.
- Keeps the development team accountable for deadlines and targets.
- Ensures the development team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies e.g. daily stand-ups, backlog & sprint grooming, sprint planning, product demos, retrospectives etc. 
- Schedules and runs sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments, using Jira
- Supports prioritization of the sprint backlog with the Product Manager.
- Maintains team metrics and reports project statuses (e.g., velocity/burndown charts, financial status, issues/risks, etc.) on a regular basis to the Product Manager and to senior stakeholders.
- Manages the release cycle for multiple products and projects.
- Manages cost of team/attrition/margin of the project.
