My role is to federate Lyon's digital ecosystem and to help companies in their growth: Develop and lead actions to the benefit of our members on strategy (business model, market, export), finance (public and private financing), HR (recruitment, R&D and technology (development, collaboration contract).

At the regional level, I am in charge:
- International actions: organization and participation in business fairs (CES, CEBIT, SaaStr, WebSummit...) for the influence of our members and the industry, interclustering...
- private partnerships of the structure (negotiation, signature and follow-up of the partnership) in order to increase the private offer of Digital League
the operation of the pass french tech : sourcing of companies, examination and follow-up of applications, follow-up of roadmaps with partners

Lyon's BU & International Manager

Digital League brings together 300 members of software industry and digital services in Auvergne- Rhône-Alpes area, including ETI, SMEs, startups, schools and research laboratories. Our objectives: enhancing the industry players to emerge digital champions and develop national and international outreach in coordination with French Tech.

My job is to support entrepreneurs in developing their business and help them grow quickly and efficiently by working strategy, innovations, technology, marketing, networking but also all the financial help possible. Once the business started, we also support its development and visibility in France but also abroad with different actions : export, convention (CES, MWC, Web Summit).

I'm also in charge of private partnerships for the growth of the Clust'r.

Project manager of the event Lyon World Web Capital (http://lyon-webcapital.org) which took place from 16 to 20 April 2012, bringing together the world wide web conference www2012 (http://www2012.org ), CIUEN 2012 (http://ciuen2012.org) and Salon du numérique.

In charge of general organization and coordination of the event :
- To ensure smooth communication between the various team and reporting;
- Ensure that the events meet the IW3C2'/Université de Lyon/ Ministry of higher education and research 's specifications and budget;
- Responsible of media planning / Public relation / communication / community management;
- Supervise the organization of various promotional actions;
- Coordinate the operations of direct and indirect marketing and follow up with business services and media;
- Being the PCO reference;
- Be responsible for any transactions with the site agreement (audiovisual performances, set design conference rooms, signage, welcome, keynote, transfers, exhibition...;

Project Manager Lyon World Web Capital (www2012)

Support to implement IT technology: monitoring products, purchase and implementation of resources, representation of lyonnais's higher education (Sydney, Beijing, Oxford, London, Barcelona, Berlin ... ), event organization.

Responsible of Administration and budget of the service SI-TICE : quadrienal plan and grants writting, budget management, recruitment of new collaborators.

Soutien à la mise en œuvre de la technologie informatique.
Projet anti-plagiat : évaluation de différents programmes, achat et installation de ce logiciel dans les établissements membres de l'Université de Lyon. Création d'une charte juridique contre le plagiat et création d'un engagement d'excellence pour valoriser l'enseignement lyonnais.

Digital ecosystem agitator for 10 years...Passionate (and exciting?) geek, I have always evolved in the world of innovation and new technologies with dynamism and enthusiasm (and addiction ☺️).

Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit what better than learning and accompanying business leaders in their adventure? That's why I became a gardener within the League 5 years ago to grow pretty boxes in Lyon (& beyond) by providing them with all the necessary ingredients: strategy, innovation, business, financing, meetings, all with efficiency, ROI and love.
