As a Human Resources Specialist, I describe myself as a people person because I am always looking for effective ways of communicating and understanding the needs of people around me. My whole work experience has been built around this because being a recruiter taught me to line up the candidate's expectations with the company's needs. My enthusiasm lies in leveraging talent acquisition, employee engagement, employer branding and culture development to propel company growth. My psychology background helps me to understand concepts of organizational culture, work analysis, and different methods of recruiting and head-hunting. Besides this, I am passionate about human behaviour, emotion regulation, motivation strategies and leadership. At work, I like to think of myself as professional, supportive and always up to new challenges because we have no time to get bored.
