A world original immersive dining experience set within a historic cafeteria and 7 classic nightlife lounges featuring live music and theatrical performances. Started as Consultant for this project and accepted the Director of Operations role in February 2023. Developing an optimized operation with a team of remarkable hospitality professionals to lead this multi-venue operation across 5 floors to revitalize this Los Angeles treasure for future generations. All staff placed into furlough due to building construction needs.
