As a consultant, I supported biotechnology, medical technology, and life sciences companies in obtaining funding for the development and marketing of their novel products and services. The tasks associated with my role included market research performance, writing business plans, and setting up strategic collaborations between commercial clients and universities. During my time at Catalyze, I have written R&D and commercialization plans for more than 15 Europe- and USA-based clients. In addition, I was able to raise more than €5M in non-dilutive funding for our clients (see links to press releases below).

Together with my colleague Rizgar Saltik , I also developed a specialized valuation service for start-innovative medical health and agri-food companies. The valuation service is currently offered by Catalyze as part of their consultancy services portfolio (see link to service page below).

The aim of my Master research project was to improve invorigation of T-cells for Adoptive Cell Transfer in the field of immuno-oncology field. The project included multiple types of in-vitro and in-vivo experiments and different types of data analysis including SPSS, Flowjo and R. The research project was supervised by Dr. Anke Reddeker and Dr. Ramon Arens.

The aim of my Bachelor research project was to develop and optimize a novel semi-high throughput screening method for epilepsy and Angelman syndrome. Besides my research activities I developed an fully automated data analysis tool using Image J to support ongoing research.  The research project was supervised by Dr. Geeske van Woerden and Prof.  Ype Elgersma.
