We provide quality corporate legal services to SME’s by offering affordable structured legal packages as well as bespoke services that are in line with the entrepreneurial spirit of constant innovation and quality. We won’t charge for each email or telephone call, we believe in adding value.
We asked ourselves whether there was a different way of doing law. We think there is.

Thlompanang Gender-based Violence Re-education Program

Thlompanang is a schools based volunteer program aiming at redressing the problem of gender-based violence in South Africa. We focus educating school children on sexual violence and how to deal with it effectively but our focus is on building positive values, empathy and going back to traditional values like Ubuntu.

We are based at two Gauteng Schools in the pilot phase. Realogile Secondary in Alexandra and Midrand High school.

European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights

I was a researcher in the Young Lawyers Program at the ECCHR in the Business and Human Rights Unit.  I was involved in preparing an amicus brief on indigenous land rights before ICSID as well as research for the Asian strategic litigation conference to be held in 2013. My focus was Indian and African research in the context of multinational actors and the applicable standards.

I did my articles at Webber Wentzel in 2006-2007 before being admitted as an attorney in May 2008.  I had three years PQE in the Insurance and Aviation Litigation team at the time I left the firm.

I lectured in the courses of Family Law and the Law of Succession.  This position involved preparing and delivering lectures, setting the course outline and examinations as well as grading assignments and exams.  The opportunity to interact with students was highly enjoyable.

I was a researcher and legal clerk to Chief Justice Chaskalson before his retirement in May 2005.  Thereafter I worked for Deputy Chief Justice Moseneke until then end of my tenure.

I'm the founder of Aarya Legal with 17 years experience.  If you need outsourced in-house legal, data privacy or fixed fee commercial legal services look no further. 

We have a special focus on the needs of tech start-ups including intellectual property, B-B BEE, fund raising and data privacy expertise (POPI and GDPR). 

I sit on a number of boards and pioneered a women on boards programme. I am also a mentor on a number of acceleration programmes including Google for Start-ups Africa and the Founders Institute.
