I have successfully launched PlayterFlex, processing over £10 million in invoices and funding over 8,000 invoices. By building community channels through sales organisations, VCs, PEs, and digital agencies, I've expanded our reach and grown a community of over 1,000 users, including Sage. 

I manage and mentor two SDRs, leverage automation tools, and lead pricing conversations, achieving a 100% uplift in margin across our enterprise client.

Signed 504 clients (116 Enterprise clients). Averaged 42 new clients per month, 28% conversion rate (15% above target)

Nosto is a £20m ARR Commerce Experience Platform backed by OpenOcean, Teri & Idinvest at series B.

Annual target £500,000 annual contract value, achieved 121% (£605K) resulting in the highest performer globally in 2020

Signed highest ACV & TCV contract in company history at £108K ACV over 3 years (negotiated to annual up-front) 

Average close rate increased from 18% in H1 2020 to 35% in H2 2020 (49%+), Average ACV per deal grew 42% H1 to H2

Targeted to deliver 10 first merchant meetings per month: 800 dials and 80 connected calls

Delivered 168 (14pm) first merchant meeting, 18% converting to paying customers

As the first SDR in the global business I was tasked to build, test and develop the sales development playbook which was then used to grow and support a team of 18 SDR’s and 4 team leads

The Strategy House is a performance improvement consultancy. Contracted to 1 day per week whilst working reduced days during Covid.

My client through TSH was a £60 million ARR software services business, servicing - Facebook, BMW, Google & Dyson. During this period I helped hire 8 SDR’s training and developing them from novice to trained reps

Helped to increased SDR call activity by 600%, leading to an increase in potential client meetings by 160%

Boohoo are a leading online fashion retail group. Their brands, boohoo, boohooMAN, PrettyLittleThing and Nasty Gal, design, source, market and sell clothing, shoes, accessories and beauty products. Current annual revenue is in excess of £850m. 

I was given the opportunity to work within the marketing department to gain insight into how a global leader in Online fashion retail drives sales through a range of marketing tools.

I was brought on-board by the Founder Charlie Allen as a Digital Consultant during the inception of her specialised dog equipment company focusing its sales through e-commerce. Charlie has a history in the 'working dog' industry having worked within drug sniffer dog units for a number of years. 

My role has been to facilitate an introduction to the industry and platforms she wished to sell her products on. From helping to select the appropriate hosting company to guiding her and her partner Jack through the web development process. 

I have then linked Charlie up with an agency I have worked with in the past to optimise the sites SEO and PPC capabilities along with streamlining the sites design and content. 

This has been a unique experience for me as I have been able to see a company develop over the last year and work through a number of difficulties (some easier than others to solve).

Making contact with and successful relationships and ventures with event organiser customers. 

Contributing to social media coverage to promote FIXR's brand identity and awareness. 

Hosting and participating in FIXR events and parties. 

Managing a team of Brand ambassadors within Oxford Brookes by creating weekly meet ups, checking on their progress and helping where possible to make sure everyone is driving their sales.

Encouraging and promoting the use of the FIXR application specifically to Oxford Brookes University societies and event organisations along with securing further reach within the city of Oxford.

Qualtex Global offers the most comprehensive choice of original and pattern domestic and commercial appliance replacement parts in Europe, supplying over 40 overseas countries as well as the UK and producing £50m + in turnover.

Since June 2016 I have interned at Qualtex through my holidays through a number of roles within the marketing department. During my time there I drove a significant year on year growth seeing a 26% increase in E-commerce conversion rate, 112% increase in new users and an 8% decrease in bounce rate across the three major retail platforms under the Qualtex umbrella.
