As a Project Innovation Manager at Marking Services Inc, I am building mutually beneficial collaborations throughout the entire project lifecycle around digital tagging between Tech Solutions, MSI asset identification materials/services and our shared customers. I am a Digital Construction Technology and Visualization expert with experience in Value Consulting for the AEC industry, with more than 24 years’ experience supporting the safe, successful execution of major industrial projects. Recognized both internally and externally as a Fluor Fellow for Construction Automation, and a Subject Matter Expert on construction visualization, construction automation solutions and emerging construction technologies. I served as co-chair of Construction Industry Institute’s (CII) Technology and Innovation Committee. I have built my career around identifying, developing, implementing, and managing the work practices, software and hardware that bring the best value to project planning and execution. While working at Procore as a Senior Value Consultant, I help Procore customers and prospects understand, measure, and optimize their Procore investment by investing time documenting best practices, capturing, and disseminating knowledge, and conducting other initiatives, to significantly enhance the value story across the business. While working at Touchplan.io as a Senior Product Manager, I collaborated with other Contech software companies to develop integrated proof of concepts and joint solutions that enhanced the work processes of our common customers. I worked with multiple in-house departments (including Partnerships and Alliances) to take the integrated PoCs from discovery, through development to a go to market product/feature. While working at Fluor, I supported AEC projects on their construction technology and visualization needs. Working with the proposal team, through Engineering and Construction/Turnover to identify, implement and manage the software, hardware, and work processes to assure a successful project completion. I created a Construction Visualization group that managed the needs of Virtual Reality, 360° Virtual Tours, 3D and 4D animations and the effective use of drones at the project sites. I also served as the Technology Liaison for Fluor's Business Incubation organization, where I focused on market entry and diversification.
