Most advice says: Only build with people you’ve worked with for years.

- A prank project on Google Maps
- A persistent guy (me) who kept asking, “Want to start a company?”

& the three of us couldn’t have had more different backgrounds:
- Alan: from trading floor to pho restaurant to AI startup
- Me: product manager and skiing junkie
- Carina: Google tech lead

Six years later, we’ve raised $20M, hired (& fired) over 100 people... and somehow... still like each other.

There’s no perfect founding formula.

- I started Warmly in 2020 with my cofounders after quitting Google to change the world of GTM
- We were slapped in the face with humble pie having 0 knowledge in sales & marketing/ pivoting 6 times in 3 years
- Once we stopped "playing startup" & got to work we grew 0 to $1M in 2023 and $1 to $2.5M in 2024
- Our next goal is $10M ARR & to get there we need to really unlock a marketing engine

What we do (now): Warmly warms up your Total Addressable Market & segments your leads into cold, warm & hot using a Marketing Ops Agent.

We then use our Nurture & Inbound Agents to engage your hottest leads omni-channel (on chat, email, linkedin, call) so you can book meetings while you sleep.

I walked through how most Marketing Ops teams are still running on outdated rules & attribution models while buyers move faster, across more channels, with less visibility than ever.
