By investing our own money and working with a network of professional investors, we ensure that investment opportunities are well vetted, supported, and that our incentives are aligned. Before SCP, I was an early employee at SpeedRoute, a routing broker providing smart routing and algorithmic trading solutions, and worked my way up from office manager to Chief Strategy Officer and the third largest shareholder when we were acquired by Overstock. I went on to serve as Chief Strategy Officer and co-wrote a white paper that helped to raise $130M in capital. The company recently received a strategic investment from ICE. After tZERO I moved on to investment banking and strategic advisory. I'm intimately familiar with U.S. equity market structure and helped establish and grow equity trading infrastructure as well as secondary trading of digital assets and private securities. I have invested in over 40 private companies, served as a strategic advisor to multiple firms, and maintain relationships with decision makers across the Fintech industry.
