I take an approach to Personal Training centred around athletic prowess and not just aesthetic goals.

As a fighter, triathlete and general gym rat for 10+ years, I bring a skillset that goes far beyond formal PT education. This is my passion and I constantly strive to learn and improve for my clients.

In our sessions, we move more, and work all energy systems. This ensures that clients become fit, strong, dynamic and mobile humans - looking and feeling the part.

As a Jigsaw account manager I was expected to look after key commercial, government and education accounts and relationships, as well as identifying and cultivating new business and turning opportunities into sales. I was required to follow up leads and close deals whilst looking after my existing accounts, understanding their needs and working with Jigsaw consultants to consistently deliver quality solutions- resulting in happy customers that keep buying.
