I play with 3 ingredients in all my activities: Innovation, Impact and Personal Development, and the centre is always the future generations. My key activities for 2022 were the following : the management of the mind-shifters project (of the MyLearningBoutique company) - training combining innovation and impact for talents (https://mindshifters.com), the development and facilitation of the Pangaea X programme (organised by the adventurer Mike Horn) - an innovation programme aimed at the concretisation of ideas for solutions to preserve the oceans and the development of participants (https://pangaeax.org), and finally the Reversed Board (reversed.cc), an initiative aimed at enabling top management and students to think about the future of the company together. My key activities in 2021 were the intervention and management of 4 courses at HEC Lausanne with 3 top-management and 180 students, the creation of a local project development competition/programme (https://kismih.org), coaching and project management for solidarity Hackathons (https://mylearningboutique.com).
