Associate of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions areas, Max has over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients from different sectors of the economy in their demands, including advising on corporate matters in general, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, venture capital and corporate disputes. He also has experience working overseas, having worked in Japan at the Japanese multinational Mitsui Corp. Ltd (secondee) and the top tiers law firms Atsumi & Sakai (secondee) and Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (internship). Max graduated in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and holds a master of laws degree (LL.M) from Keio University Law School in Tokyo, Japan.
