Direct report to the SVP Luxury Brand Content in charge of advertising campaigns, media plans, strategic partnerships, brand programs and digital campaigns for the AccorHotels’ luxury and upscale brands worldwide: Raffles, Sofitel, Fairmont, MGallery, Pullman, Swissôtel and Grand Mercure (450+ hotels).

Missions:

• Help in defining the key marketing communication priorities of the brands and proactive participation on strategic decisions;

• Management and follow-up of print and digital media campaigns (Financial Times, CNBC, Vogue, NYT and others) from project brief to detailed analysis reports and results presentation;

• Assistance in developing the advertising creative assets from the big idea to the campaigns production;

• Exploration of global partnership opportunities (TED, Rizzoli, YouTube) 

• Organisation of co-branded events (Air France) and brand global events such as the Best Foreign Book Prize 2016 and 2017 at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg. 

• Work with hotels directors and regional representatives on daily basis following-up the marketing campaigns implementation and the guidelines comprehension;

• Promotion of the marketing activations through both internal and external communication channels in close collaboration with the Luxe Communication and Luxe PR divisions; 

• Coordination of the Brand Content team project indicators and tracking of the division’s budget;

• Creation of a wellness-overview survey disseminated to regional leaders and to hotels worldwide for the brands Swissôtel, Pullman, Sofitel and MGallery. Follow-up of the participation, analysis of raw data, consolidation of key learnings presentation and help on defining the next steps.
