Achievments:
By using data analytics and leading the process improvement, we determined more than 50 improvement actions that increased the effectiveness of exports from 64% to 95% in 2 years.

Act as coordinator and control point to improve the implementation of the reimbursement and accrual processes, helping the business to provide the desired level of service to the clients, improving the metrics, accuracy and agility of the reimbursement processes.
- Ensure appropriate visibility of the accruals and reimbursements to the Business Finance Manager and / or Financial Analysts (Power BI, Macros VBA Excel).
- Keep the business informed of the progress of the reimbursements.
- Identify and report changes in operating scenarios that may generate potential impacts that require business review. Determine and calculate these impacts.
- Serve as a control point for the proper follow-up of the reimbursement procedures, in time and form, with the proper documentation and approvals of the required positions.
- Monitoring and control of the implementation of the reimbursement contracts, including calculations, from the request for approval to the application of the accruals in the Vistex system.
- Proactively trigger the payment processes to customers in a timely manner.
- Perform periodically and at the end of the year, together with the vendors, the revision of the contracts for the renewal and / or adjustments required.

Rebate Coordinator | Data Analytics

I work with the account manager from the initial contact with the client, and throughout the development of the project to create an excellent first impression with the new client, or existing customers who buy a new product or start with a new operating scenario.
Reduce the time dedicated to transactional activities (without added value) by coordinating processes in areas such as taxes, regulatory matters, logistics, credits, collections, etc., in the way that the client's request requires, preventing additional costs and regulatory sanctions.
Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity in the order preparation process, and improving them by reducing the "gray areas", in benefit of the customer experience, accelerating sales opportunities and reducing re-work.
- Continuous development of an information flow process, where the role of the account manager is to provide all the required information of the client, and act as coordinator and source of information ensuring that all the setting activities have been completed, and the client is ready to order defect-free orders.
- Problem Solver: be prepared to manage unplanned activities or customer changes that may affect the flow of the order, to ensure the minimum amount of work in them.
- Continuous analysis of the process to find restrictions in the processes. Define gaps and opportunities of the process within each area and work on improving them.
- Simplify, reduce input costs and improve the reliability of the supply of products.

Achievments:
- Alignment between several areas, developing a regular communication, reporting and monitoring process to keep customers' tax data up to date, reducing in 1 year, 92% the losses due to non-admitted taxes, incorrectly perceived.
- Reduced the registration time of new clients from 10 to 2 business days, implementing a new process and its monitoring
