My mission is to help leaders overcome their fears and limitations, and reach their full potential and extraordinary results. With a long and diverse background in both modern performance psychology and elite sports, I have the expertise and experience to offer the right support and guidance for leaders and specialists in various industries and contexts. I have worked with teams and individuals from Malmö Redhawks, FC Rosengård, Chelsea, and other organizations, enabling them to grow, collaborate, and perform at their best. I am also a certified Psychological Safety and Human Element practitioner, and a published author and speaker on leadership and potential.
