As a person I wish to be of assistance to you, and a companion, in your journey of healing or improvement. As a therapist/counselor I work with you, sharing my knowledge and skills to help you. I do this with the upmost respect for you and your situation. I do this using the tools/practices that you accept and feel comfortable with. I can draw from many “schools of psychology” like Cognitive, Dialectical, Behavioral, Emotional, Positive and Family/Systems. Examples include: Cognitive Restructuring, CBT, DBT, Adlerian, Forgiveness, Structural and others. As a coach/trainer/consultant I help you and your corporation/organization achieve your goals, and create meaningful new ones. I work with individuals and groups to create positive personal and organizational perspectives. To achieve this, I combine knowledge and experience from different fields that include computers/technology, engineering/science, business and psychology. If you choose to, I am able and open to utilize spirituality (your spirituality) as part of the process to achieve a higher level of integration and wholeness. I have over 20 years of experience in corporate America (in different roles) and over 9 years of psychology/counseling/coaching experience. For payments, I use a sliding scale. I am also in the process of selecting insurance groups or companies to work with.
