It all started during the early days of the pandemic when I found myself at a crossroads due to job burnout and longing for meaningful connections. Transitioning from a background of nearly a decade in marketing and advertising, including stints in music labels, agencies, and running my own freelance business, I found my true calling in building connections that matter. My Approach: I blend strategic thinking with genuine empathy. With a keen understanding of Community Strategy, Customer Success, and Member Retention, I organize experiences that unite individuals around shared goals and passions. My Mindset: The world of community building is ever-evolving, and I'm a forever learner. I'm dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of industry trends, leveraging new technologies, and refining strategies to keep the communities that I work on relevant and long-lasting. Beyond my work in community building, I'm also an avid writer and public speaker. One of my core passions lies in advocating for limb different individuals, which has led me to serve on the board of the non-profit organization Design With Us.
