I work towards making a product usable and lovable by designing clear, high-impact experiences that are intuitive and user-focused. I advocate for the human experience while crafting new and innovative interactions by working on information architectures, navigation models, and interfaces that shape the very way people perceive and understand products. Leading with empathy, I map out user flows, use cases, and systems. Research and data inform my decisions, but I am comfortable with ambiguity and can design from the gut when necessary. I focus on the information design, navigation models, behaviors, interactions, and visual design of digital products. This entails producing high-fidelity mockups; delivering detailed, comprehensive UX and visual specifications; and reviewing my work with teammates and leadership.
