After holding various positions in Finance and Accounting for Startups & SMEs, I decided to create M4S Consulting to support Startups in their accounting, financial and administrative management. MY KEY COMPETENCES: - Finances: Cash management and projections, including cash collection. Administration of sales. Contacts with banks, shareholders and investors. - Budgets: Preparation of budgets, planning, variance analysis actual vs forecast. - Accounting and controlling: Managing and maintaining the accounting processes and procedures including bookkeeping from A to Z, closing and producing periodic financial statements to investors, consolidation. Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, process control and GAAP compliance of all legal entities’ accounts (US, French and Swiss GAAP). - Legal: Compliance, participation and preparation of documents for fundraisings, minute of the BOD, back-office of legal documents. Data room. - Fiscal: Advise on tax and VAT issues. - H.R: Payroll and HR administration, recruitment of finance staff and others, training of finance/accounting staff.
