I advise clients on trademark, industrial design and patent prosecution and enforcement. I prepare, file and prosecute applications before the Bulgarian Patent Office and handle oppositions and cancellation actions. I also work with the Bulgarian police and customs authorities on IP infringement disputes, and I am experienced in litigation and administrative dispute resolution. Before joining CWB Limited in 2023, I worked for almost 12 years at the Bulgarian Patent Office as a lawyer and a Dispute Department panel member. In that period, I dealt with a variety of cases concerning register operations, IP litigation, as well as ex parte and inter partes administrative proceedings related to trademarks, industrial designs and patents. I was also involved in legislative initiatives and took part in several EUIPO projects.
