At Uni I studied anthropology; people, communities, but also the science of politics, organisational hierarchy and psychology. It catalysed a fascination in cognitive science, group dynamics, ceremonies... I spent the first 6 years of my career in innovation consulting, product and delivery management, but have found my passion in the art of the gathering and designing experiences for teams that allows them to connect - to nature, to themselves, their bodies (and tummys) and to each other. My brother and I co-founded and run Momentum Retreats, where we take exec & leadership teams, whole companies and groups of founders and VCs to incredible locations to experience what we think will be one of the most nourishing, educational, sometimes challenging, but overall best & most exciting / connected experience of their lives (both in and outside of work). But, we also want it to be one of the most productive; time you spend outside of the office together, whether as a leadership team or as a whole company, can save you weeks or even months of burn rate.
