Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with SMEs—supporting business growth and forging partnerships with large national and international clients. In my current role, I'm helping a niche Indian manufacturing company scale globally. Uniquely positioned as perhaps the only Indian—and one of the few global—players in its segment, the company stands at a strategic crossroads: competing with dominant Western manufacturers on one end and agile, cost-efficient Chinese players on the other.

The past year has been a period of deep learning. With a focused strategy and strong promoter support, we’re optimistic about achieving significant breakthroughs on the global stage.

Assignment entailed helping establish business of Hygine Cleaning chemicals manufactured with recipe and technical inputs of  a US company .
Established a sales team and distribution network to drive business competing with established and very large MNCs . 
The market was still trying to come out of the pandemic and responses were very cautious in adopting a new entrant .
Collectively it was early challenges and small wins ..... The market was slow and the amount of deep investment required to sustain in the challenging post covid times was a big revenue drain and led to an unsustainable business closure .
