Along with the Risk Consulting practice, Mayank is also a core member of the Robotic Process Automation team setup here at KGS. This team works around Intelligent automation of all sorts of business and operational activities. He acts as a channel between the digital team and all other teams and help them to be on the same page of conversation, always.

Apart from this, his roles include managing team of individuals, client interaction, process walkthroughs, identifying risks and gaps, providing recommendations to client, report writing, expectations management, and status monitoring. At KGS, Mayank has worked majorly in the real estate and energy sectors. He has worked on different areas of operations such as Fixed Assets Management, Valuation, Consolidation, Cash Management, Financial Statement Close, Position Management, Issues of Capital, Treasury and Acquisitions.

At Protiviti, Mayank was involved in the Internal Audits of the clients from various sectors primarily warehousing, manufacturing, health & wellness, hospitality, and telecom. It involved end to end performance of audit that covered- 

1) Examined the causes of loss to the company and provided solutions to improve their processes in respect of Working Capital Management, Treasury, Cost Management, other related operations.
2) Reviewed the process of Inventory Management for a leading warehousing company.
3) Reviewed the process of procurement, the risks associated, and the analysis of cost of procurement, for a leading Agricultural company.
4) Compliances to all the Financial and Statutory requirements as per law, for the Automobile industry.
5) Reviewed internal controls and designed SOPs for HR & payroll and compliances to the same.
6) Verification of Customer Application Forms (CAF) for a telecom major

Mayank is an  Manager in KPMG Global Services (KGS) based in Gurgaon India. Mayank is a part of the RAS practice within the Risk Consulting division at KGS. He is Post graduate from Delhi University. 

Mayank has  10 years of professional experience. Prior to KGS, he worked at Protiviti Consulting Private limited for the Internal Audit services.  His areas of specialization are enabling automation, Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, Process walkthroughs, and documentation, Risk-based Internal Audits, Risk Assessment Audits, Operational Audits, SOC1 evaluations, CPAM, etc. 

Apart from this, Mayank is also a core member of the Robotic Process Automation team at KPMG.

Apart form his job, Mayank has a keen interest in Arts, and has been practicing it for about 10 years now. His specialty is in drawing Mandala and Galaxies.  He has also been conducting art workshops in several cities of India and has taught more than 2000 people as of now.
