•Receiving vacancies requests and performing the search in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions.
•Screening CVs and handle face-to-face interviews. (Competency Based Interviews)

•Assist in the coordination of the training workshops held by MULTISKILLS by calling participants and provide other needs for the workshop
•Assessment Centers:
•Participating in assessment centers (using SHL tools) as an Assistant Assessor which enables me to observe candidates and evaluate them based on their spontaneous reactions during exposing to different evaluating exercises.
•Acting as a role player in the role play exercise in order to naturally interact with the candidate for a transparency evaluation
