- Responsible for analysis and planning to ensure the overall performance of Golden Lounge Malaysia Airlines across Peninsular and Eastern Malaysia, including business trips to all lounges.
- Negotiated with vendor on propose offering and appointments of total lounge management for Golden Lounge Malaysia Airlines Berhad.
- Preparing RFQF for Golden Lounge and presented to Board of Director.

Executive, Golden Lounge Operations

•	Supervised and managed a team of seven full-time staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Golden Lounge (MAB) at KLIA including food and beverage, customer assistance and other lounge operations.
•	Responsibilities as Supervisor included monitoring staff service quality, food and beverage procurement and presentation and overall customer satisfaction.  
•	Shifts included day and night shifts, comfortable working different shift hours when necessary.

Can Ankle Instability Contribute to ACL Rupture and Injury? The answer is yes, and here's some reading material for you.


For many of us, the ankle is simply a connection between our legs and feet, facilitating walking and sports activities. However, it plays a crucial role in executing movements in the physical body. 

Ankle instability can significantly increase the likelihood of an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) or other knee ligament injury. In one of my client's cases, while playing basketball, his ankle instability caused him to fall awkwardly, leading to an ACL rupture.

The consequences? ACL surgery. Surprisingly, the injury wasn't related to any contact or combat sports, highlighting how ankle instability can result in ACL injuries.

After 10 weeks of surgery, my approach focused on reintroducing ankle stability and strength training in an engaging way. Rehabilitation is a long journey, and keeping the client motivated is crucial.

In the video below, you can see the process, involving yoga mats and enjoyable tapping exercises while maintaining stable foot and ankle positions. 

Through this process, my client realized the weakness in his ankle and the need for improvement.

My advice is to try this method, even if you're not injured. Perform half lunges on a stable surface, and if you can do them without falling, your ankle is strong and healthy!
